Katharine has extensive operational experience as a Lloyd’s Coverholder and as an Operations Director for a Lloyd’s broker and for wholly owned MGA’s. Katharine’s area of expertise is Conduct Risk and she has spent extensive time working with and for Lloyd’s Managing Agents and TPA’s, assisting them with meeting conduct risk requirements. Before joining Lutine, Chantelle worked for one of the leading market providers of legal expenses insurance, specialising in household and commercial property, employment and contract claims. Having previously worked for Amlin, primarily providing technical support to underwriters in their Fleet Underwriting Department, Chantelle has wide experience in the industry and excellent transferrable skills. Melanie joined the Lutine team bringing extensive experience from a finance-focused career. She has a deep understanding of financial operations within the private health sector, complemented by over 15 years in banking with The Royal Bank of Scotland and a German Landesbank. Her roles spanned relationship management and corporate analysis for mid to large corporate institutions. Melanie’s forensic analytical skills and research capabilities have added further depth to Lutine’s expertise.
